Celebrate your wedding or party in the exclusive setting of the Refugium, in our Plenum, and make this day an unforgettable experience full of charm, style and personality. Whether a wedding, birthday or business party: Our Plenum is the most suitable for large festivities of up to 160 people. The large glass front provides a magnificent view of the baroque city of Würzburg and the Main valley. Receive your guests in the adjacent courtyard with a delicious aperitif and enjoy your coffee on one of our terraces.

The elegant, historic vault with 108 square meters has two small windows and is equipped with a new lighting system. In the middle of the room is a supporting column. The comfortable Schloss ambience offers a fitting room for wine tastings, medieval banquets or theme buffets.
Additionally, use the little stage for artists or musicians/DJ as an extra highlight. The adjacent Schlossbar can be exclusively reserved for your event – very popular for receiving guests or for the final farewell.

The 50-square-meter large, elegant salon lies in the heart of the Schlosshotel with a fabulous view over the baroque city. The bright room offers a wonderful space for your party of up to 30 people. Golden wallpaper, Bordeaux-colored velvet curtains, a golden chandelier and an open fireplace in the room create a special atmosphere. The noble Fireplace Room is warm, comfortable and elegant at the same time.

Bay Window Room
The Bay Window Room is an open and bright 34-square-meter room. Through the window you have arguably the most beautiful view of the baroque city. Decorated in warm, Mediterranean colors, this room has space for up to 26 guests.
Our Bay Window Room can also be used as a small à la carte restaurant as well as an exclusive event room; the half-open entrance area offers direct access to the other dining rooms and the service area.
